As Head of Business Development France & BENELUX, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in these countries.

Your responsibilities include:

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Identifying new business opportunities and key customers in France and the BENELUX countries.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Building, leading, and motivating your European sales team.
• Monitoring and control of the sales budget and sales targets.
• Market analyses and research to identify trends and competitive advantages.

• They have proven experience in selling dog and cat accessories or related products.
• They have knowledge of the European pet supplies market.
• They possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• They are ready to travel within Europe.
• They speak English/French and German: Additional European languages ​​are a plus.
