What happens if my delivery gets lost?
PET & Co. is not responsible for lost parcels if we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are made with a delivery photo.
Returns
How can I return an item?
If you don't like a product or have grounds for a complaint, please first contact our service team by email at salesteam@petandco.ch. We will be happy to help you and explain the next steps.
In general, you can return unused products in their original packaging to us within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please note that hygiene or disposable products are generally excluded from exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot take back individually configured or custom-made products.
How do I exercise my statutory right of withdrawal?
If you wish to legally withdraw from the contract (within 14 days of receiving the goods), you must notify us in writing. To do so, please use our business address or email.

When will I receive my refund?
After a successful withdrawal, we refund all payments (excluding delivery costs) without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method for the refund as for the original transaction.

Responsibility for the goods only passes to us once the return has arrived at our warehouse.

Who bears the cost of the return shipping?
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend sending the return with tracking, as we do not accept liability for lost or delayed parcels.
Guarantee
Is there a guarantee on the products?
The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply, with a warranty period of 2 years.
In addition, we offer a 5-year guarantee on our orthopedic dog beds.
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer decides whether the product will be repaired, replaced with an equivalent product, or compensated at its current value.
What is excluded from the guarantee?
A guarantee can only be granted if there are no grounds for exclusion. These include:
- Damage caused by improper handling
- Damage caused by natural disasters
- Moisture damage
- Impact or fall damage
- Natural wear and tear

Why don't we produce in Switzerland?
We understand the desire for local production very well. However, our decision was not determined by the country of production alone, but by the quality, experience, and reliability of the entire supply chain.
Many of the specialized supplier companies that are necessary for our products no longer exist in this form in Switzerland today. To still ensure the highest quality, we work with carefully selected production sites in Europe that have many years of experience and are closely connected with their regional suppliers. This structure enables short distances, stable processes, and consistently high quality – from the material to the finished product.
Producing entirely in Switzerland would massively increase the final prices of our products, without automatically creating added value in quality or function.
Our aim is to develop high-quality products that meet medical requirements and are recommended by veterinarians – while remaining accessible to you.
Our philosophy is to bring Swiss design, medical standards, and high-quality workmanship into harmony. This creates the balance that is important to us: well-thought-out products, responsibly manufactured, durable – and fairly priced.

Yes, we offer the payment method "Purchase on invoice." Please note that an external credit check is carried out with this method. If it is positive, purchase on invoice is available to you.
