Where can PET & Co. be purchased?

How do I find the right size for my four-legged friend?

To assist you, we have created an overview as a guide that assigns common dog breeds to the respective sizes of our various products.
How are PET & Co. products cared for?

Is delivery free?
+
Yes, we ship the goods free of charge.
How can I pay for my order?
+
You have various payment options available to you.
On account, free of charge
For the "invoice" payment method, we perform an external credit check. If the result is positive, the "on account" payment option will be available to you. The payment period is 20 days. We kindly ask you to strictly adhere to this payment period so that we do not have to charge any unnecessary reminder fees.
Credit card, free of charge
We accept MasterCard and VISA cards as payment methods.
PostFinance, free of charge
Payment for the order is possible via PostFinance E-Finance and Postcard. This payment method is also free of charge.
TWINT
Payment for the order is made directly via the mobile app using your TWINT account.
Where can I turn to with a complaint?

Please send an email including your order or invoice number, a description of the complaint, and the product item number to the service team at info@petandco.ch. We will get in touch with you immediately.
How can I return my product?

Should you not be satisfied with our products or have a reason for a complaint, we offer an uncomplicated return option via our returns portal. Please contact the PET & Co. service team at salesteam@petandco.ch for this purpose. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

At PET & Co., we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Our goal is to be as open and transparent as possible. You should therefore know how we collect your personal data, how we use it, and to whom it may be disclosed.
