Once you have placed your order, all in-stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

We ship from our warehouses in Switzerland and Germany.

We deliver within Switzerland and to Europe to addresses that can receive packages.

We use Swiss Post & DHL for the shipping of all our orders.

As soon as your order has been shipped,
you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery online at any time.

PET & Co. is not responsible for lost packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All our deliveries are completed with a delivery photo.

If you are not satisfied with a product or have a reason for a complaint, please contact our service team first by email at salesteam@petandco.ch. We will be happy to assist you and explain the next steps.

In principle, you can return unused products in their original packaging to us within 30 days of the invoice date.

Please note that hygiene or disposable products are generally excluded from exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of individually configured or custom-made products.

If you wish to legally revoke the contract (within 14 days of receiving the goods), you must inform us of this in writing. Please use our business address or email address for this purpose.

Following a successful withdrawal, we will refund all payments (excluding delivery costs) without delay, and no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice. For this refund, we will use the same payment method as used for the original transaction.

Please send returns exclusively to one of our returns logistics centers listed below.

Responsibility for the goods only transfers to us once the return has arrived at our warehouse.

The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend sending the return via a tracked service, as we cannot accept liability for lost or delayed parcels.

The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply with a warranty period of 2 years.

In addition, we provide a 5-year guarantee on our orthopedic dog beds.
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer shall decide whether the product is to be repaired, replaced with an equivalent product, or if a refund of the current value is to be provided.

A warranty can only be provided if there are no grounds for exclusion. These include

• Damage due to improper handling
• Natural disasters
• Moisture damage
• Impact or drop damage
• Normal wear and tear.

Our products are designed for longevity, which is why we use durable and easy-care fabrics. As the materials vary depending on the model (e.g., felt, corduroy, or cotton), you can find product-specific care instructions directly on the respective product page under the "Material and Care" tab.

Many of the specialized suppliers necessary for our products no longer exist in this form in Switzerland today. To ensure the highest quality nonetheless, we work with carefully selected production facilities in Europe that possess many years of experience and are closely networked with their regional suppliers. This structure enables short transport routes, stable processes, and consistently high quality – from the material to the finished product.

Full production in Switzerland would massively increase the final prices of our products without automatically creating any qualitative or functional added value. Our goal is to develop high-quality products that meet medical requirements and are recommended by veterinarians – while remaining accessible to you.

Yes, we offer "payment by invoice" as a payment method. Please note that an external credit check is carried out for this method. If the result is positive, payment by invoice will be available to you.
Payment term: The invoice amount must be paid within 20 days. We ask you to strictly adhere to this deadline in order to avoid unnecessary reminder fees.
