PET & Co. is not responsible for lost packages if we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All our deliveries are made with a delivery photo.
Should you not like a product or if there is cause for complaint, please first contact our service team by e-mail at salesteam@petandco.ch. We will be happy to help you and explain the next steps.
Generally, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please note that hygiene or disposable products are generally excluded from exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot take back individually configured or specially manufactured products.
If you wish to legally withdraw from the contract (within 14 days of receiving the goods), you must notify us in writing. Please use our business address or email for this purpose.

After a successful cancellation, we will refund all payments (excluding delivery costs) immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation notice. For the refund, we will use the same payment method as in the original transaction.

The shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. We strongly recommend sending returns with tracking, as we cannot assume liability for lost or delayed packages.
The statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law apply, with a warranty period of 2 years.
Additionally, we offer a 5-year guarantee on our orthopedic dog beds.
In the event of a warranty claim, the manufacturer decides whether the product will be repaired, replaced with an equivalent product, or compensated at its current value.

Many of the specialized suppliers needed for our products no longer exist in Switzerland in this form today. To nevertheless ensure the highest quality, we work with carefully selected production facilities in Europe that have many years of experience and are closely networked with their regional suppliers. This structure enables short distances, stable processes, and consistently high quality – from the material to the finished product.
Complete production in Switzerland would massively increase the final prices of our products without automatically creating additional qualitative or functional value. Our aim is to develop high-quality products that meet medical requirements and are recommended by veterinarians – while remaining accessible to you.
